Nordea Launches BetaPlus Active ETFs — 15 Years of Proven Alpha, Now in a More Flexible Format

Luxembourg, LU, 20 June, 2025 — Nordea Asset Management (NAM) is pleased to announce the launch of its first two BetaPlus Active ETFs, bringing one of Europe’s most successful strategies to a wider range of investors.

BetaPlus is NAM’s active answer to passive—an established €60 billion family of active enhanced strategies that has consistently delivered alpha with controlled risk for over 15 years, an ideal solution for investors in the current volatile and concentrated market environment. Trusted by institutional and discretionary investors across Europe, these strategies are now available in a new, flexible way through the launch of BetaPlus Active ETFs. Previously offered only via traditional UCITS mutual funds and mandates, the BetaPlus ETFs offer the same disciplined investment process and experienced team—now in a structure that clients have been asking for to gain enhanced efficiency and tradability.
