Such funds are Alternative Investment Funds within the meaning of the Directive 2011/61/EU (“AIFM Directive”) and therefore subject to the requirements of the AIFM Directive as implemented in Luxembourg law through the Law of 12 July 2013 on Alternative Investment Fund Managers as may be amended from time to time;
